holistic, mindful, compassionate

“We ought to view ourselves with the same curiosity and openness with which we study a tree, the sky or a thought, because we too are linked to the entire universe.”
      ―Henri Matisse

I specialize in working with individuals who experience big emotions, low self-worth and anxiety in relationships & dating.

I know how hard it is to juggle living a meaningful life while managing emotional highs and low. When things are good, you feel like yourself. When the tide suddenly shifts, self-doubt creeps in—about your future, your worth—and you may feel painfully anxious or low. You might pull away from others or turn to coping strategies that only leave you feeling more disconnected and empty.

If this is you and I could leave you with the most important two truths, they would be these:

First, overly negative or overly positive perceptions—about yourself, others, or circumstances, intensify emotions. When you learn to neutralize perception and respond rather than react, the highs and lows soften. From that steadier ground, clarity emerges, and with it, the freedom to choose more wisely.

Second, you don’t have to work so hard to fix or analyze your feelings. The healing happens when you acknowledge and feel them fully—release follows presence, not effort.

You don’t have to give up on your dreams. And if you focus your effort and attention inward you can find meaning and fulfillment in any circumstance, no matter the outcome.
