I’ve learned through my own path that sitting in trusted connection — speaking honestly, listening deeply — is the fertile soil for real transformation. Not just through insight, but through direct experience.

Emotions, memories, and old patterns live in the nervous system — and when we meet them with awareness in the presence of another, the body begins to release, reorganize, and remember its natural state of wholeness.
This is the essence of Direct Experience Therapy:

I hold a Master’s in Clinical and Counselling Psychology and am a licensed Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. Over the past decade, I’ve accumulated over 9,000 hours of direct client work in private practice, supported by extensive supervision from leading psychologists and alternative practitioners across disciplines.
My practice is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and spiritually attuned.
I work exclusively with adults and couples through a 100% virtual practice, offering long-term, transformative psychotherapy alongside personalized short-term tools to support emotional regulation and symptom relief.
